The module, mainly addressed to in-company tutors, is aimed at developing the main elements related to the context and the role of tutors in dual apprenticeship pathways.
In particular, the module offers a series of e-Learning training contents (i.e. accessible by connecting remotely with a home or work computer and managing one's own time) for a total of about 5 hours on the topics of, among others, the recruitment of young apprentices and the competences and functions of the in-company tutor.
